Our traditional, creamy recipe finished with a splash of sherry and served with buttery toasted brioche.
Strawberry & Prosciutto Salad
Baby arugula, fresh strawberries, prosciutto, Vermont goat cheese, radishes, honey roasted pecans, raspberry vinaigrette, and a balsamic reduction. Sweet, savory, and perfectly balanced.
Mains
Lobster & Crab Gnocchi
Chive gnocchi with spinach, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, American caviar, and beurre blanc. Rich, elegant, and undeniably celebratory.
Pan Seared Seabass & Salmon
Organic quinoa, petit vegetables, rainbow Swiss chard, crispy beets, and a bright blood orange glaze. Light, flavorful, and beautifully composed.
Beef & Shrimp
Tender beef paired with shrimp, truffle mashed potatoes, asparagus, petit vegetables, straw onions, and a red wine reduction. A classic indulgence for the occasion.
